Jr Industrial Engineer: Multiple positions available.

Job Location: 329 W 18th Street, Suite 301, Chicago, IL 60616 and various
unanticipated worksites in U.S.

Primary Duties: The Jr Industrial Engineer will play a role in ensuring
product quality, continuous improvement, and successful implementation of
engineering changes across off-highway truck platforms. Act as primary point
of contact for deviation approvals during the assembly process, ensuring
timely and compliant implementation of ICAs prior to product shipment. Lead
design initiatives for upcoming truck models, focusing on part- and
group-level updates to enhance product performance, reliability, and
manufacturability. Utilize CREO for 3D modeling and Teamcenter for managing
product data and lifecycle processes, ensuring global alignment and
traceability of design changes.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or
Equivalent Foreign Degree. Salary: $71,240/year. Medical Insurance, PTO.
